Via this sanitary charter, the Odalys Group commits to its clients and employees to :

• Integrate government and health authority recommendations to adapt its protocols to fight against the spread of Covid-19,
• Reinforce its sanitary measures in accommodation, communal areas and all contact points (such as billboards, elevator panels, door handles, payment terminals, etc.) by using the relevant cleaning products,
• Define the necessary client circuits to comply with barrier gestures and recommendations for social distancing (eg. ground markings, plexiglas protection installation in reception areas, etc.),
• Display information and preventive measures in areas welcoming the public and employees,
• Ensure the thorough cleaning of bed and bathroom linen according to the recommendations of the health authorities,
• Train staff in necessary health and safety procedures,
• When necessary, ensure its teams are wearing masks,
• Adapt reception capacities in communal areas to guarantee everyone's safety by establishing reinforced and specific access and health security instructions in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities in force,
• Adapt, even close, services within its establishments (breakfast rooms, entertainment, spa facilities, fitness room, etc.) in order to comply with the sanitary recommendations,
• Ensure and comply with a risk management protocol in the event of suspected contagion of the Covid-19 virus.

This innovative online check-in service allows you to register online and then collect your accommodation keys without going via reception, thus safely respecting social distancing measures and limiting interactions in communal areas which are usually very busy during arrivals.

Faced with the completely exceptional situation that we are currently going through, the Odalys Group is adapting to the sanitary measures already recommended by the authorities but is also anticipating additional measures before they are taken. This health protocol, which will evolve as the recommendations and the situation evolve, is likely to impact access to certain sports or leisure facilities onsite due to the possible overcrowding usually experienced in high season. Depending on the establishment, services such as breakfast, swimming pool, spa facilities, well-being area, fitness room, children's club, entertainment may be provided in whole, in part only or may not be available depending on the development of the situation that the Odalys Group will monitor from day to day.

These measures are to be applied in the context of all future arrivals and during the period which the public authorities consider necessary in light of the development of the situation
