In a constant effort to improve the services offered to its clients, Odalys Vacances has taken measures over the years to upgrade its quality to a maximum. Odalys therefore carries out an enquiry of its holidaymakers twice a year. During the winter season of 2020/21, our holidaymakers assessed the quality of the establishment they stayed in for their holiday (access, services, location, welcome, cleanliness, equipment and facilities, overall maintenance…)*.
