For the past 4 years, Magora has been pursuing a sustained development policy concerning the Odalys City brand, which brings consists of a range of 34 city-centre apart'hotels. Made up of ready-to-live-in studio apartments with a kitchenette and an office space with free Wi-Fi access for greater autonomy and freedom, they all offer hotel services (24/7 reception, linen provided, beds made on arrival and daily cleaning). Within 3 years, 17 other projects are already planned in the largest cities including Bordeaux and Nantes.

Apart'Hotels
In response to the lack of accommodation available for students in the vast majority of university towns, Odalys has developed a concept of modern student residences made up of studios and apartments arranged around 3 spaces: a sleeping area with a separate bathroom, a dining area with a kitchenette and a work area consisting of a desk and a high-speed Internet connection. Conviviality (fitness room, relaxation room/cafeteria), services (reception, laundry facilities, bicycle storage) and a secure environment (video surveillance, secure access, 24-hour security guard onsite).

Located by the sea or in the countryside in the heart of large wooded grounds, the 85 campsites are home to fully equipped mobile homes and numerous sports and leisure facilities. They are divided into 3 ranges: FUN for the estates equipped with water play areas and offering activities for children and teenagers, ZEN for small structures equipped with a wellness area, and EXPLO for the estates located near Natura 2000 sites or in the heart of renowned tourist regions.
