Rental conditions

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site (by credit card only): €250 / accommodation
The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay if the accommodation is returned without damage and in perfect cleanliness.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in from 4 PM
Check-out before 10 AM

Please note:
- The deposit will be refunded after the cleaning team’s inspection within 8 days after your departure, subject to the settlement of any damages. The inventory will have been conducted by our team before your arrival and verified by you upon key collection on the day of your arrival. No inventory will be conducted upon your arrival; it is your responsibility to check and return the rental in a normal condition, otherwise a cleaning or laundry fee will be notified by email accompanied by photos. The inventory must be checked and submitted within 24 hours. Any claims made after this period will not be considered.
- For the safety and tranquility of all, vehicle circulation is prohibited within the campsite from 11:30 PM to 6 AM.
- Wearing the bracelet is MANDATORY
- Swim shorts and bermudas are prohibited in the pool
