Rental conditions

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on-site: €100 (in cash).
The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay if the accommodation is left perfectly clean.

Please note:
- Cars and motorcycles are not allowed inside the residence grounds.
- Identification bracelet required for all guests.

Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
In case of late arrival, please inform the reception, which will provide instructions.
Check-out before 10 am.
