Residence made up of 11 apartments for 2/4 people and 4/6 people all renovated in pure Tuscan style either on the ground or first floor. They are fully equipped with kitchenette, private entrance, shower room, toilet and a outdoor area with garden furniture.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per week (7 nights)
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival in cash : €200/ apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 4pm to 7pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible.
You will be told the procedure to follow.
An administration fee of €100 will be charged for arrivals after 10pm.
Check-out by 10am.

In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
