The Residence Les Gardians holiday complex set in 35 hectares, is the ideal choice for your holiday in Arles offering comfortably equipped holiday rentals in small, Provencal style buildings surrounded by lush vegetation. All are equipped with a kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave / grill, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle), a bathroom or shower room with toilet, television and free WiFi. The residence consists of 4 different parts each housing 100 holiday rentals ranging from studio apartments for 2 people to the 1 bedroom duplex apartments for 6 people. Most accommodation is on the ground floor and has a private terrace or balcony

1 bedroom mezzanine apartment for 4 people (approx. 31 to 35m²)

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if departure outside opening hours. Proof of cancellation can be sent by email.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (1 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception. You will be told the procedure to follow.
