About 10 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by email in order to carry out your online check-in.
You can then complete the necessary formalities and choose the various services you would like (bathroom linen, baby kit, etc.).
Lastly, on the day of your arrival, as soon as your accommodation is ready, you will be notified by text message with the room number. This will allow you to go there directly, without going via reception.
