The residence Les Villas de la Baie is situated 200m from a magnificent, fine, sandy beach in the charming seaside resort of Le Crotoy, at the heart of the Somme Bay offering an ideal setting for your beach holiday in Picardy in France, whatever the season. Enjoy the water sports and activities on offer in this seaside resort, or explore the region by foot, bicycle or on horse-back, using the practical, marked-out tracks and footpaths. On the beach, children, and their parents too, can enjoy fishing from the shore and the warm sunshine thanks to the south-facing position. For your well-being and to relax after busy, active days on your holiday in Le Crotoy, the residence has an indoor, heated, swimming pool and a solarium. In July and August, activities for children (ages 4 to 11) are free. Great news for kids and parents! You will find shops, bars and restaurants nearby, around 2.5km away.

The Residence les Villas de la Baie offers holiday rentals in Le Crotoy situated within small semi-detached houses. The accommodation, ranging from the 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people to 3 bedroom apartments for 8 people, is fully equipped with a kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, TV and Wifi and a terrace or a small garden.

Two 3 bedroom apartments for 8 people are equipped for guests with disabilities.

1 bedroom house for 4 people (approx. 33m²)

2 bedroom house for 6 people (approx. 44m²)

3 bedroom house for 8 people (approx. 60m²)

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation and per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment + €50 (key for car park)
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if departure outside opening hours.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (1 week or more) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (short stay) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform your residence as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.

Please note :
In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
