The Residence Lotus Blanc features a modern and contemporary architecture with its balconies in the form of gentle waves. The residence offers air-conditioned holiday rentals in Port Barcares ranging from studios for 2 people (22m²) to 2 bedroom apartments, equipped for 6-7 people (51m²). The interiors are spacious, comfortable and modern. In general, each holiday rental has a living room with TV and sleeping arrangements for 2 people, a functional kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher...), a shower room with toilet (some separate) and bedrooms with single or double beds. Outside, you have large, partly covered terraces offering you a beautiful outdoor living space.

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300/ apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform the reception. You will be told the procedure to follow.

Please note :
In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
