Set among olive groves, choose a charming, traditional villa for your holiday on the Costa Dorada. On one or 2 levels, the villas sleep up to 6 people and each has a functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, private garden, swimming pool and terrace with garden furniture. The interiors all vary according to the owners tastes. Private parking available.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival by credit card imprint : €400 / villa
Deposit given back at the end of your stay, upon return of the keys, after inspection, and subject to payment of any damages. An inventory will have been completed before your arrival and will be completed after your departure, allowing you to leave whenever you wish, no later than 9:30 a.m.

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 12 noon to 6pm (low season), 4pm to 8pm (high season)
In the case of late arrival (check-in possible until 10pm), please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow. A €150 administration charge for arrivals after 7pm.
Check-out by 9.30am. Please leave the villa clean and tidy.

In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.

- Access to private swimming pool (non-heated)
- End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area, trash thrown away)
