Conditions:
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €300 (2 payments: housing + cleaning)
The accommodation must be left tidy and in a perfect state of cleanliness. After the cleaning teams have checked the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation, the deposit is destroyed within 48 hours after the day of departure.
Arrival and departure times:
"Rental" Formula (from 7 nights): Check-in from 5pm to 7pm (until 8pm in July and August) - Check-out before 10am
"Escapade" Formula (2 to 6 nights): Check-in from 4pm - Check-out before 11am
In case of arrival outside the reception opening hours, inform the residence that will tell you the procedure to follow.
Please note :
In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.

* End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. Please note that all accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any breach regarding the cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our T&Cs will be liable to billing through the deposit.
The "Escapade" formula(short stay from 2 to 6 nights) :
- Bed linen (beds made on arrival except sleeping accommodations in the living room)

* With an updated vaccination record and tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence.

• ID card or passport required for all guests (babies included). Drivers licence not valid.
• Please pay attention to your personal belongings and/or make use of the safe at reception (if applicable) during your stay. Odalys Vacances cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings.
