Nestled in the heart of the gentle Tuscan countryside, the Borgo Verde Residence offers a peaceful setting close to the Etruscan coast. Its privileged location allows you to easily reach the beach of Vada in about ten minutes by car, as well as the shops and services of the nearby city center. Vada train station, a 5-minute drive away, also facilitates travel in the region. The small town seduces with its relaxed seaside atmosphere, long clear sandy beaches and shallow waters ideal for swimming. Nearby, travelers can discover the typical villages of the Etruscan coast such as Castiglioncello or Bibbona, the nature reserves, as well as many cultural sites and outdoor activities that make the fame of Tuscany.

From the charming mezzanine studio to the spacious 4-room duplex, each accommodation is air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 2 to 8 people, for a perfect stay whether you are traveling as a couple, with family or friends. You will find everything necessary for a holiday in complete freedom: equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom and above all a pleasant terrace, perfect to enjoy your summer meals outdoors.

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site.
The end-of-stay cleaning can be carried out by the client or paid as an additional charge at reception.

Arrival and departure times:
Check-in from 4pm to 7pm. In case of arrival outside these hours, it is imperative to inform the reception beforehand in order to receive the arrival details.
Check-out before 10am
