Fancy getting away from it all? Book a holiday rental on the beautiful island of Sardinia and get a taste of the Dolce Vita! The small village of Villasimius, situated in the South East of the island in the Cagliari province just before the most Southern point of the island, Saint Catherine, is only 40km from Cagliari. The residence is in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from the village centre and 2.5km from the Simius beach.

The Residence Le Fontane, elegant complex on two floors, opens its doors in a warm setting for an unforgettable stay with family, couple or friends. Serviced by a lift, the 2-room apartments for 2 to 4 people are comfortable and air conditioned. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area and dishwasher, a living room with TV, a bedroom as well as a private bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. Each accommodation has a balcony or a furnished patio, ideal to enjoy the mild evenings.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €200 / apartment (cash only)
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. In case of departure outside reception opening hours, the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (deducted from the bank charges incurred).

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm.
In the case of late or delayed arrival, it is imperative to notify in advance by email to odalys@stsardegna.com or via WhatsApp at +39 34 70 99 27 52 in order to receive the instructions for the handover of the keys.
Check-out by 10am.

Please note :
- It is mandatory to provide, at least 24h before arrival, a mobile phone number by email to odalys@stsardegna.com or via WhatsApp on +39 34 70 99 27 52.
- For a late arrival (or a deferred day) without prior notice, the handover of the keys is not guaranteed and an additional €50 fee may be charged.

- The consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and A/C included from 11/04 to 13/06/26 and from 12/09 to 31/10/26
- Access to the outdoor swimming pool (with sun loungers and parasols)
- The barbecue area
- The outdoor parking
- The parasol for the beach (available in the apartment)
- WIFI access in common areas (weak and limited connection. ADSL especially accessible in big cities, fiber only in Cagliari)
- The table and the iron (on request at the reception)
- The loan of bicycles (subject to availability, deposit of 50€)

Don't forget !

Paid services to be paid on site:
- Water, gas and electricity consumption, bed linen, towels and A/C not included from 13/06 to 12/09/26: €10/adult/day - €5/child (3-11.99 years)/day
- End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area at the client’s expense): €80/accommodation

*Only one animal per apartment. Small animals (max 25 kg) admitted with mandatory vaccination certificate. Pets must be kept on a leash in the residence and are prohibited from access to common areas.

Please note :
• The fragility of the Italian energy system is a reality in Sardinia. The electricity standards are only 300 megawatts. As a result, it is not possible to use two appliances at the same time for example. As Italy is not equipped with nuclear power plants, the risk of power cuts or blackouts caused by the hot weather can cause inconvenience. There is no optical fiber in Sardinia, the Internet connection is slow and is often disrupted by the weather. We would like to inform you of these possible inconveniences that are unfortunately beyond our control. Sardinia doesn't have efficient public transport. Car needed.

• ID card or passport required for all guests (babies included). Drivers licence not valid.
• Please pay attention to your personal belongings and/or make use of the safe at reception (if applicable) during your stay. Odalys Vacances cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings.
