The Residence L'Ecrin des Neiges (6 storey building with lift) is situated in Valmeinier 1800, close to the heart of this popular resort in the French Alps. It offers an exceptionally good view of the surrounding peaks as well as a great deal of sunshine. The residence has been built in the traditional style of the region using wood, stone and exposed beams. A harmonious blend of traditional mountain hamlet and modern, mountain resort, Valmeinier located near the National Parks of the Vanoise and Les Ecrins is a dream location for nature lovers and those looking for peace and quiet.

Accommodation

The Odalys Residence l’Ecrin des Neiges offers holiday rentals in different apartment types ranging from 1 bedroom apartments for 5/6 people to 2 bedroom duplex apartments for 6/7 people. In total there are 95 holiday rentals in 2 charming, chalet-style buildings (with a lift in the “Batiment A”). All apartments have a balcony or terrace where you can appreciate the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

All apartments are nicely decorated and are equipped with kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, etc), a bathroom or shower room and separate toilet in most apartments. You have a television in all holiday rentals.

One apartment is equipped for guests with disabilities (bath with possibility to instal a bath chair).

Check-in & check-out :
For Saturday arrivals, accommodation available from 5pm until 8pm at the Residence Lumieres de Neige. If you have used our online check-in service you can go directly to the Residence Ecrin des Neiges once you receive our text message to inform you that your accommodation is ready.
In the case of late arrival please inform your residence before 8pm. You will be told the procedure to follow.
For Saturday departures, check-out by 10am

Included in our prices

- 2 half-days per stay per guest (from 4 years old) in July & August (during French school holidays)
- TV
- End of stay cleaning included* (except kitchen and washing up)

* End of stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, please note that all accommodation must be left tidy and clean. In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
