The Residence Village Park II is situated right in the centre of the town of Salou, with its lively and festive atmosphere offering holiday rentals on the Costa Dorada only 700m from the beach and less than 1km from the famous theme park PortAventura. With its small swimming pool and access to the large swimming in the Residence Village Park I.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival in credit card : €200-€300 depending on the number of guests
Deposit given back after inventory carried out

FORMALITIES :
• ID card or passport required for all guests (babies included).
Automatic check-in is mandatory during the week prior to your arrival in Salou. To do so, the booking holder must provide their mobile phone number and email address to the reception (OFICINA TECNICA ZUBIRI). Otherwise, a €20 (cash) supplement will be charged to the booking holder for check-in at the reception. The apartment keys will only be handed over to the booking holder.
In case of any issue upon arrival or during your stay, it is essential to report it to the reception: the on-site staff will do their best to meet your request. Please take care of your personal belongings, as the residence does not provide safes. Odalys Vacances cannot be held responsible for any theft occurring during your stay.

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm (no check-in possible after 10pm)
In the case of late arrival after 8pm please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow. A €80 administration fee will be charged on arrival. No check-in possible after 10pm. Check-in possible Sunday from 10am to 1.30pm. in July & August
Check-out by 10am. Please leave the accommodation tidy.

• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
