Ski Holiday GuaranteeBecause Odalys wants its clients to spend the best ski holiday possible, it has launched its Ski Holiday Guarantee. Let’s imagine the worst case scenario – a ski holiday at Christmas with no snow or even too much snow! Regardless of the altitude of your chosen ski resort, if more than 2/3 of the ski slopes in the resort’s ski area are closed due to lack of snow or too much snow, you can change your booking to any other Odalys ski holiday residence, change your holiday dates or receive a credit note at no extra charge and all this possible up to 7 days before arrival date.
Our Ski Holiday Guarantee :- Allows you to change your resort* in the case of lack of or too much snow at no extra charge,
- Allows you to change your holiday dates* in the case of lack of or too much snow at no extra charge,
- Assures you will have a ski holiday even in the case of total or partial closure (2/3 of the slopes) of the ski area in your chosen resort for your chosen dates,
- If necessary, allows you to receive a credit note for your holiday valid for use until 30/09/17.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITYOur Ski Holiday Guarantee is a guarantee valid for all bookings made during the "Early Booking Ski" period (from 20/09/2016 to 24/12/2016 inclusive) which allows you to change your resort or dates at no extra charge. All of the following conditions apply:
1) The reservation must be made between 20/09/2016 and 24/12/2016 inclusive.
2) The booking must be for a minimum of one week and must take place during the French Christmas school holidays (the week from 17/12/2016 to 24/12/2016 or the week from 24/12/2016 to 31/12/2016).
3) The booking must be made directly with Odalys Vacances on the website www.odalys-vacances.com, or directly with the residence, or via the Odalys booking centre and excludes bookings made via a Tour Operator.
4) The booking must be for a mountain holiday in one of the Odalys residences excluding partner residences and chalets.*
5) The modified booking must be made before 30/10/2017.
6) One modification only per booking.
7) If the price of the modified booking exceeds that of the previous booking, the difference must be paid before departure.
8) If the price of the modified booking is less than the previous booking, a credit note for the difference will be supplied (valid until 30/09/2017).
The Ski Holiday Guarantee includes:Subject to the conditions referred to above, a modification to your booking can be made in case of lack of snow or too much snow, if the following 3 conditions are met:
1) Lack of snow or too much snow occurs in the ski area of the chosen resort regardless of the altitude.
2) Booking made between 20/09/2016 and 24/12/2016 inclusive.
3) Lack of snow or too much snow entails the closure of more than 2/3 of the ski runs normally in service in the ski area of the resort where the booking has been made for the dates concerned.
The Ski Holiday Guarantee does not include:Ski passes, ski equipment hire, holiday grocery baskets and not covered by the guarantee and are therefore non-refundable after 7 days before your arrival date.
