The Prestige Residence Villa San Filippo, near the medieval town of Barberino Val d’Elsa, offers holiday rentals half way between Florence and Siena in the popular region of Tuscany in Italy. This villa, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, is built on a hill side offering magnificent views of the Tuscan landscape.

This attractive villa has been converted into 21 holiday rentals in apartments (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor with lift ). Apartments sleep from 2 to 6 people and are fitted out in the a traditional Tuscan style. Each holiday rental is fully equipped with kitchenette (with microwave), shower room equipped with a hair dryer, toilet, telephone, satellite TV, radio/CD player and air conditioning (extra charge).

2 bedroom apartment for 3/5 people (approx. 55 to 62m²) - 1st and 2nd floor
