Rental conditions
Conditions Prices are in euros, per accommodation unit and per stay.
A security deposit must be paid on arrival (by bank card or cheque): €350 per accommodation unit.
After your departure, the accommodation will be inspected by the campsite staff. It must be returned clean, undamaged and with all equipment present. If no issues are found, an email confirming the cancellation of the deposit will be sent to you within a maximum of 48 hours.
Check-in and check-out times • Arrivals:
July and August: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
April to June, September: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
In the event of a late arrival, please inform the campsite in advance. The keys will be placed in a key box, and the access codes will be sent to you by SMS after reception closes.
• Departures: before 10:00 a.m.
Please inform reception of your departure time within the 2 days prior to departure.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in all of our rental accommodations.
They are only permitted in the following accommodation types: L'Ander, Pradal, Lodge Jungle and Lodge Kenya, subject to compliance with the campsite's pet policy.
If you are travelling with a pet, please be sure to mention it when making your reservation to ensure that your chosen accommodation accepts pets.
Some facilities, clubs and entertainment activities are only available during certain periods of the season. Their operation may vary depending on your stay dates, opening hours, weather conditions and the entertainment programme.
