Rental conditions

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €100 (cash).
The deposit is returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean (clean kitchen and trash bins out). Otherwise, the deposit will be withheld.

Arrival and departure times:
Check-in between 4pm and 10pm
It is mandatory to inform the residence by email of their arrival time or provide their flight number: residenceletarughe@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +39 339 294 6020. In case of arrival after 10pm, a mandatory supplement of €30 will be payable on site.
Check-out at 10am
