The Residence Le Domaine des Dunettes offers holiday rentals in Cabourg divided into 5 small buildings built in the typical Normandy architectural style. You have the choice of 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people and 2 bedroom apartments for 6 people. All comfortably equipped, the accommodation has a functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher ...), a bathroom or shower room, separate toilet in most apartments, living room with sleeping arrangements for 2 people, one or two bedrooms with single or double beds. The apartments have a small garden or a balcony (except for 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people).

12 apartments for 4/6 peope on the ground floor are equipped to welcome disabled guests.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
Deposit sent by post. The apartments must be left clean and tidy.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.

In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
