With its exceptional location on the Bay of La Baule, Pornichet is a jewel of the Atlantic coast and a legendary seaside resort! This port nestled in the large bay, (niché en Français) - explaining the origin of its name “Port niché”, this town is spread over 7 km of coastline with 2 ports and 3 beautiful, sandy beaches.

Accommodation

The Residence La Plage consists of 2 buildings of 3 and 4 floors where where you will find different holiday rentals ranging from studios for 2 people to the apartments with 2 bedrooms with sleeping alcove for 8 people. Comfortably equipped all accommodation has a TV and free Wifi, functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher ...), living room sleeping arrangements, a shower room with toilet, bedroom(s) and/or sleeping alcove with twin beds, double bed or bunk beds.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation and per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception before 7pm. You will be told the procedure to follow.

In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
