Enjoy a comfortable stay in our air-conditioned apartments from 2 to 3 rooms, perfect for 4 to 6 people. Each accommodation of the Residence Bouganvillage has 1 to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and TV. For your moments of relaxation, enjoy the outdoors on a balcony or a furnished patio. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, in a place of charm.

Rental conditions

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site (in cash): €200
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. In case of departure outside reception opening hours, the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (deducted from the bank charges incurred).

Arrival and departure times:
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm
In case of arrival outside these hours, it is imperative to inform the reception.
Check-out before 10am

Please note:
- It is mandatory to provide, at least 24h before arrival, a mobile phone number by email to odalys@stsardegna.com or via WhatsApp on +39 3470992752.
- In case of late or delayed arrival, it is imperative to notify in advance by email at odalys@stsardegna.com or via WhatsApp on +39 34 70 99 27 52 in order to receive the instructions for the removal of the keys.
- In case of delay on the day of your trip, please contact the reception at +393456448283 (only from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm), or via WhatsApp at +39 34 70 99 27 52, to indicate your time and place of arrival as well as your phone number.
- Without prior communication, an additional charge of €50 will be charged.

* Only one animal per apartment. Small animals (max 25 kg) admitted with mandatory vaccination record. Pets must be kept on a leash in the residence and are prohibited from access to common areas.

Please note:
The fragility of the Italian energy system is a reality in Sardinia. The EDF standards are only 300 megawatts, which makes it impossible to use, for example, two household appliances at the same time. As Italy is not equipped with nuclear power plants, the risk of electricity outages or blackouts, partly linked to global heat, can make you uncomfortable. There is no optical fiber in Sardinia, the internet connection is slow and conditioned by the weather that sometimes disrupts the lines. We would like to inform you of any such inconveniences beyond our control. Sardinia does not have efficient public transport. Car needed.
