Located just 200m below the resort of Badesi, the Residence Badus welcomes you for a relaxing holiday in Sardinia where you can enjoy the Dolce Vita. Take a stroll from your residence to the resort centre where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities. You will find the closest beach only 2.5km away where you can enjoy water sports and other beach activities for the whole family.

The Residence Badus is made up of 2 complexes set around a beautiful swimming pool housing holiday rentals ranging from studio apartments for 2 people to 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people. Accommodation has either a veranda or balcony, a living room with TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Numerous events, festivals and fairs such as the famous Badesi summer carnival which takes place every year on the night of August 13 or the Gastronomic Fair offering the chance to taste many of the typical dishes and specialties of Gallura. Take advantage of the seaside resort and its fine sandy beaches to indulge in water activities and sports such as windsurfing, diving, sailing or even a boat trip.
Explore the surroundings of Badesi:
- Alghero: visit to the city of Catalan origin, the Catholic church of Saint Francis, the craft shops
- The “Baia delle Mimose”, a stretch of sand with dunes and crystal clear sea, an ideal beach for children and those who love surfing.
- Castelsardo: medieval town (20km)
- Stintino: the little St Tropez of Sardinia

Deposit to be paid on site on arrival (cash only) : €150 / accommodation
Deposit given back after inventory carried out at the end of stay
Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm.
In the case of late arrival after 8pm please inform reception in advance by email or telephone (odalys@stsardegna.com or +393 282 998 297 or +390 702 135 150). You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out before 10am. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.

- The fragility of the Italian energy system is a reality in Sardinia. The electricity standards are only 300 megawatts. As a result, it is not possible to use two appliances at the same time for example. As Italy is not equipped with nuclear power plants, the risk of power cuts or blackouts caused by the hot weather can cause inconvenience. There is no optical fiber in Sardinia, the Internet connection is slow and is often disrupted by the weather. We would like to inform you of these possible inconveniences that are unfortunately beyond our control.
