This recently renovated residence is composed of small buildings grouped around 2 swimming pools in a wonderful, lush setting. Within the Prestige Residence Palmeraie there are 82 holiday rentals ranging from studios with sleeping alcove for 4 people to the apartment with 3 rooms and sleeping alcove for 7/8 people. All accommodation is well equipped with air-conditioning, TV and free Wifi and all the necessary facilities for your holiday in Grimaud. You will find a kitchenette (fridge, microwave / grill, dishwasher ...), a living room with sleeping arrangements, bedroom(s), a bathroom and toilet. Depending on the accommodation type, the holiday rentals have a terrace or garden.

Prices valid until 15/10/2020 and subject to modification after this date.
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €500 / apartment (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if departure outside opening hours.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival : €1.65/person/night (valid for all guests over 18 years old)
Eco tax : €0.20/person/day

Check-in & check-out :
"Rental" Formula (1 week or more) : check-in from 5pm to 8pm, check-out between 8am and 10am
"Escapade" Formula (short stay) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception before 8pm. You will be told the procedure to follow.
