Located in a delightful, lush location, the Residence Les Greens du Bassin is situated in the heart of the Golf Club of Gujan Mestras and has been built in the typical architectural style of the Landes region. You will find various holiday rental types: apartments, houses and private villas all comfortably equipped with all the necessary home comforts including equipped kitchenette and television. The apartments are housed in 4 small buildings on 2 and 3 floors and have a terrace or balcony. The semi-detached houses set in small blocks of 3 to 5 houses with terrace and the private, single storey villas (with 1 mezzanine bedroom) have a private swimming pool, terrace, small garden and car port.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €500 / holiday rental
Deposit is cancelled within 48 hours after departure once a satisfactory inventory is carried out by our staff.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in between 5pm and 7pm (8pm in July & August), check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception. You will be told the procedure to follow.

Please note :
In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
