At the heart of a quiet, green environment, the Residence Les Green de Benodet is set halfway between Fouesnant and Benodet. This attractive residence is situated right next to the Golf Club de l'Odet and is not far from the beaches of the Brittany Riviera and local shops. Accommodation

The Residence les Green de Benodet consists of a main building and small maisonettes housing holiday rentals ranging from studios for 3 or 4 people, 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people, 2 bedroom apartments for 6 people and 3 bedroom apartments for 8 people. The accommodation is either on the ground or 1st floor and each has a living room with sleeping arrangements, a functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher ...), a bathroom or shower with toilet, one or more bedrooms with single beds, double bed or bunk beds. The studio apartments for 4 people have a sleeping alcove with bunk beds.

2 apartments for 4 people are accessible to guests with disabilities : 1 bedroom apartments for 4 (approx. 33m²) 1 on one level, on the ground floor of the main building and 1 on one level on the ground floor at the maisonettes.
