Payment on the Odalys Vacances website is completely secured thanks to the online payment system provided by our bank partner Ingenico.
The information provided is protected and encrypted by the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol. Our payment provider Ingenico ePayements is PCI-DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you enter your number, you send your details to Ingenico and not to Odalys.
You can check that you are using secured pages by checking that the address of the page starts with https: (instead of http: for other websites).
If you book your holiday more than 30 days before your arrival date, we offer you the possibility to pay in 2 installments, with no extra charges. If you choose to pay in 2 installments, a 25% deposit (of the total value of your holiday) will be required. The remaining balance must be paide 30 days before your arrival date.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments by card is as simple as a one-time payment !
No need to supply any paperwork, the request to pay in 3 or 4 installments is dealt with automatically and you receive an instant response from our partner Sofinco.
If you choose to place an option, your reservation will be saved for a maximum duration of 5 days.

Bank transfers are valid only for payment of the remaining balance for a booking for which the deposit has already been paid.
If you book your holiday more than 30 days before arrival, you can send a check or gift vouchers by mail. Please indicate your booking number and your email address on the back of the check or voucher.

Absence of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to service providers in the fields of accommodation, transport, food and drink, or leisure activities due to be provided at a specific date or period.
The Booking Conditions are applicable in a suppletive manner in the presence of an existing specific contract (contract type : Corporate, Groups, Seminars, etc.).

For reservations under "City conditions" ;
In most of these establishments, it is customary for the apartments to be available to clients on arrival from 3pm (key collection) and keys returned by 12 noon on day of departure.
These times are indicative and may vary for some establishments.
Any late departure will be subject to an additional charge.
Cancellation and modification conditions : booking fees, any insurance paid will be retained as well as a fixed charge of : €30 in the case of cancellation or modification more than 30 days before arrival date 25% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival date. 75% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation between 14 and 3 days before arrival date 100% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival date or failure to arrive on the arrival date. No reimbursement can be made for any stay that is interrupted or shortened for any reason whatsoever. For the rental of a chalet « Odalys Chalets », the cancellation fees are as follows : €30 charge in the case of cancellation or modification more than 90 days before arrival date; 25% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation or modification between 89 and 60 days before arrival date; 50% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation or modification between 59 and 30 days before arrival date; 75% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation or modification between 29 and 14 days before arrival date 100% of the total cost of the stay for a cancellation or modification less than 14 days before or failure to arrive on the arrival date. No reimbursement can be made for any stay that is interrupted or shortened for any reason whatsoever.
Special mention for stays under 7 nights – Rate adjustment : Our rates by night are decreasing according to the length of stay. If the length of stay is modified to be shorter or longer than the initial duration, a change in the rate per night may be applied and is subject to availability.
Online Check-in service: once this service has been registered, no cancellation, modification or reimbursement can be made.
For stays paid, in whole or in part, with a credit note (obtained as part of cancellations made between 1st of March and 15th of September, 2020), the amount of the reservation paid by the credit note may not give rise to any refund or modification
For reservations under "City conditions" ;
For any cancellation or modification, we ask for a by registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt.
For any cancellation, modification or in the event of no-show on the day of arrival, a fixed cancellation penalty will be retained and invoiced, if the notification period is exceeded.

Partial cancellation of the reservation / modification
Any modification of the duration of the stay, the dates of the stay, the type of accommodation and the establishment initially selected Is considered as a partial cancellation. A modification of these elements is likely to lead to price changes and/or cancellation fees. This request will be subject to the agreement of Odalys subject to availability and without obligation to maintain the stay in the same accommodation.
Tariff modification
Our rates per night are decreasing according to the length of the stay.
If the length of stay is modified to be shorter or longer than the initial duration, a change in the rate per night may be applied

Any modification of the departure date for a stay booked under the “Non-cancellable / non-refundable” conditions cannot be refunded. The total initial amount remains due. No refund possible in case of early departure.
