Your holiday rental

25 km from Rodez and Villefranche sur Rouergue, the village of Rignac is an ideal base for exploring the region. The Residence, set amongst greenery, is made up of apartments for 4 to 6 pers, divided up into little blocks either at garden level or with balcony.

An outdoor, heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, a paddling pool, fee paying launderette and free outdoor car park are at your disposal.
Nearby: a tennis court ( with entrance fee ), a children's playground, fishing

Accomodation

All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave and dishwasher ), bathroom or shower, with toilet, fee-paying WiFi, television (at extra cost) and balcony or garden level.

Some 2-roomed apartment for 4 persons are equipped for persons of reduced mobility ( Italian style shower, ground floor with garden furniture,parking spot near the apartments)

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.
