Your holiday rental

This Residence is situated at the heart of the golf course, in an ideal setting, at the edge of the forest, only 350 m from the beach and 200 m from the nearest shops. Access to the fine sandy beach at the edge of the Atlantic ocean, is by means of a little footpath that winds in and out between pine trees and oaks

At your disposal

Outdoor, non-heated swimming-pool, without life-guard, open from mid-May to the end of September, every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. Paddling pool for children, fee-paying internet reception point, fee-paying launderette, bike-shed and free outdoor car-park.

Attractions of the residence

- Moliets golf course
(Special prices for Odalys holidaymakers):
This golf course, in the pine forest and overlooking the sea, requires both technical skill and strategy. Thanks to its sandy soil, it is possible to play all the year round. Since 1998, it has been the National Centre for the Fédération Française de Golf.
Beginners' courses and free introduction to golf on Sunday afternoons.

Accomodation

It is built in traditional, local architectural style ( with just 1 storey ) and offers apartments ranging from the 3-roomed apartment for 4/5 to the 4-roomed apartment for 8 people, all of which are fully equipped with kitchenette (hotplate, with four rings, microwave, dishwasher and fridge), bathroom with toilet, television ( with charge)and terrace or small garden.

Several 3-roomed apartments for 4/5 pers are equipped for persons with reduced mobility

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car: RN 10 exit Castets then D142 direction Léon, then Moliets Plage. At the Cigales camp site, turn left.
The residence is at the end of rue de la Bastide.

Coming from Toulouse/Pau, motorway exit Peyrehorade. Direction Saint Vincent de Tyrosse-Soustons Vieux Boucau then Moliets Plage
At Moliets Plage : straight on, Camping des Cigales, turn left, rue de la Bastide. straight on to the end of the road, the residence est à droite.
