Font Romeu is a sporty resort, with a particularly sunny climate (300 days of sunshine per year !) in the Pyrénées Orientales. Situated in the Cerdagne region, between France and Spain, in the Pyrénées Catalanes, Font Romeu is renowned for its excellent climate and particularly beautiful views (what a superb view over the high peaks of the Pyrenees !). From a point of view of skiing, Font Romeu offers direct access by telecabin to the Pyrénées 2000 skiing area with its 58 km of ski slopes. The skiing area of the ski resort of Font Romeu in the Pyrenees is thePyrénées 2000 skiing area. 40 sun-drenched ski slopes, with guaranteed snow, due to the exceptional network of snow guns, for 80% of the Font Romeu Pyrénées 2000 skiing area can be artificially snow-covered. The ski slopes cater for all different tastes, with the beginners' area, the free ride space, lthe miogul park and of course ski slopes of all different colours, for all levels of skiing.

Accomodation

The holiday rental apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 to the 4-roomed duplex apartment for 7/8 pers, are fully equipped : kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave / grill, dishwasher), bathroom or shower room, generally separate toilet, TV (with supplement), balcony or terrace.


One superior studio apartment for 2 and five studio apartments with cabine for 4 (3 standard and 2 superior apartments) are specially equipped for those with reduced mobility with joint shower room and toilet.
A double bed to replace the pull out bed and a private parking spot.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow and the entrance code
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am
Possibility of stay from Friday 16/12 to Friday 23/12/11.

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car : From Toulouse, at the Egat roundabout, follow direction Font Romeu ski resort (D10F).The residence is at the entrance to Font Romeu, on the right (250 m before the police station).

From Perpignan, enter Font Romeu (D618), go through the town centre (past the Tourist office and the casino, then right at the junction, direction Egat (D10F). go past the police station the residence is 250 m on the left.

- By train : Font Romeu railway station (3 km from the centre of the resort).
