Location

Exceptionally well situated just south of Brittany and close to LA BAULE, Batz sur mer is a small town built on the Croisic peninsula.
It has managed to preserve all the character of a seaside village and charm of an Atlantic sea side resort.

Accommodation

The Residence is situated 1.5km from le Croisic and from the centre of Batz sur Mer. The four buildings that make up the residence are on the sandy stretch of beach, the "plage Valentin", south-facing and just at the foot of the coastal path. It offers a great variety of types of apartment (some are duplex apartments) ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 7/8 pers, all of which are fully equipped with kitchenette (microwave, electric hotplate and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet and television ( with supplement)
The following are at your disposal: an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), a launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park.

- By car : Motorway as far as Nantes, expressway via St Nazaire, then N171 to La Baule(12km to Batz sur Mer), direction Le Croisic

- By train: Le Croisic railway station
