The satisfaction questionnaire you are asked to fill in when you stay with us, allows each person to evaluate the services offered.
During the winter season 2014/2015, 29 499 enquiries were collected, corresponding to over 132 000 holidaymakers who were questioned. Results validated by Maître Massicot, bailiff at La Baule.
