In a constant effort to improve the services offered to its clients, Odalys Vacances has taken measures over the years to upgrade its quality to a maximum. Odalys therefore carries out an enquiry of its holidaymakers twice a year.
The satisfaction questionnaire you are asked to fill in when you stay with us, allows each person to evaluate the services offered.
During the summer season 2016, 77 927 questionnaire were collected, corresponding to over 350 000 holidaymakers who were questioned.
