This attractive, traditional residence offers south-facing holiday rentals in Belle Plagne in the Savoy region in the French Alps. Accommodation is spread over 6 floors served by a lift and you have a choice of holiday rentals ranging from studios for 4 people to 2 bedroom apartments for 6 people.

All accommodation has all the necessary home comforts you need on your holiday in Belle Plagne. All holiday rentals are fitted with a functional kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher…), bathroom with toilet and a balcony (except accommodation on the ground floor) and a television.

The residence does not currently offer wheelchair access.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation and per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment + cleaning
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if no damage is noted

Check-in & check-out :
For Saturday arrivals, accommodation available between 5pm and 8pm. In the case of late arrival please inform your residence before 7pm. You will be told the procedure to follow.
For Saturday departures, check-out between 8am and 10am

* End of stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, please note that all accommodation must be left tidy and clean. In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
