Residence offering holiday rentals in Tuscany situated in the hamlet of Badia a Passigano, 10km from Tavarnelle, 3km from the village of Sambuca and only 20 minutes away from Florence. Built on a hillside, these 2 traditional stone buildings offer marvellous views over the Tuscan countryside and have been renovated offering apartments on the ground or 1st floor for your holiday in Italy.

This estate, which extends over an area of more than 80 hectares, is made up of 2 elegant, stone manor-houses, renovated and divided into apartments, decorate in typically, traditional Tuscan style, either on the ground or on the first floor. Each has a furnished outdoor area.

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per week (7 nights)
Prices valid until 31/03/2021 and subject to modification after this date.
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €100 / apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival : €1.50/day/person (valid for all guests from 14 years old, subject to modification)

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 4pm to 7pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow. An administration fee of €100 will be charged for arrivals after 10pm.
Check-out by 10am.
