The Residence Cala Verde is located just next to the 5-star, luxury «Forte Village» holiday complex and offers holiday rentals near Santa Margherita di Pula in Sardinia in an idyllic setting surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation in the middle of a pine forest right by the beach. The Residence Cala Verde is situated 2km from the village of Santa Margherita di Pula, 10km from Pula and just 35km from Cagliari. Here a calm and peaceful atmosphere reigns in the beautiful gardens and families will appreciate the direct acess to the wonderful, sandy beach as well as the sandy creeks nearby.

The apartments are scattered around this residential area, set in the luxuriant vegetation, either on the ground or on the first floor and just 150m to 600m from the white, sandy beach. All apartments have a garden with patio or veranda and some are duplex.

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 5pm to 8pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception before closing.
You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out by 10am.

As a result, it is not possible to use two appliances at the same time for example. As Italy is not equipped with nuclear power plants, the risk of power cuts or blackouts caused by the hot weather can cause inconvenience. There is no optical fiber in Sardinia, the Internet connection is slow and is often disrupted by the weather. We would like to inform you of these possible inconveniences that are unfortunately beyond our control.
