Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / accommodation
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on day of departure

Please note :
- A schedule for departure inspections is available at the reception to ensure a smooth end to your stay. The establishment does not conduct entry inspections. The departure inspection is mandatory and requires registration.
- End-of-stay cleaning is not included; however, you can opt for this service on-site (excluding waste management and dishwashing). Sheets are available at an additional cost and are included for premium accommodations, but beds are not made upon arrival.
- The entrance and exit gate is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Absolute quiet is required from 11 PM to 7 AM every day.

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in from 4pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out by 10am. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
