Set on a hill in a quiet and relaxing environment, this property overlooks the Thau lagoon and consists of 104 apartments spread over 3 floors including studios for 2 people and 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people. Comfortably equipped all accommodation has a functional kitchenette (gas hob, microwave ...), living room with sleeping arrangements, a bathroom with separate toilet (except in studio apartments) and terrace with garden furniture.

5 studios for 2 people on the ground floor are equipped to welcome disabled guests (bathroom with shower)

Studio apartment for 2 people (approx. 25m²) - Max. capacity 2 people

1 bedroom apartment for 4 pers (approx. 35m²) - max. capacity 4 people

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if departure and inventory outside opening hours.

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm to 7pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible.
You will be told the procedure to follow.

*End of stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, please note that all accommodation must be left tidy and clean.
In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
