Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival (credit card imprint) : €200/ apartment (2 payments : accommodation + cleaning)
On arrival, a deposit of €200 per accommodation will be requested (checks or credit card imprint) to cover any damage and to ensure that the mobile home is returned clean. The deposit will be destroyed at the end of the stay after return of the keys and after cleaning check. If the client leaves outside the scheduled hours, the deposit will be destroyed during the following week. In the event of damage to the mobile home or if the mobile home is left unclean, the establishment will contact the client to inform him/her of the withholding of all or part of the deposit. Cleaning will be charged at €80 if the mobile home is not clean.

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in between 3pm and 8pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out before 10am (please make an appointment at reception for the inventory)

In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
