Accommodation

For your holiday rental in La Londe les Maures, the Residence Oceanides offers comfortably equipped accommodation ranging from studios for 2 people, 1 bedoom apartments for 4 people and 2 bedroom apartments for 6 people. The holiday rentals are equipped with a TV and Wifi access, a functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher - except for the studios), a bathroom with toilet, bedrooms and a living room with sleeping arrangements. The apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms and a terrace or balcony according to the accommodation chosen.

8 x studio apartments and 9 x 1 bedoom apartments are equipped an adapted shower fitted in the bathroom to welcome disabled guests.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival (2 payments) : €300
Deposit destroyed after inventory carried out within 72 hours of departure

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm to 8pm, check-out from 8am to 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception before 8pm. You will be told the procedure to follow.
Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Part of the deposit will be retained if this is not the case. Charges available at reception.

Please note : In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
