Set in attractive, pedestrian grounds facing the sea, the Odalys Residence Pins Bleus offers holiday rentals in Juan les Pins set in a U-shaped, 5-storey building with lift. You have a choice of accommodation ranging from studios for 2 people to apartments with 1-2 bedrooms for 6 people. All are perfectly equipped with a TV and safe (extra charge), functional kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob ...), a living room with sleeping arrangements, bedrooms or sleeping alcove with double, single or bunk beds and a bathroom with WC. All holiday rentals have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Please note: check-in and key collection at the Residence Golfe Juan situated 300m further on towards Cannes.

Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Prices valid until 15/10/2020 and subject to modification after this date.
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival : €2.30/person/night (max. per person/night)
Eco tax to be paid on arrival : €0.20/person/day (valid for all guests over 18 years old)

Check-in & check-out :
Check-in between 5pm and 8pm.
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out by 10am.
Keys should be left in the Odalys letter box. Deposit returned by mail.
