A beautiful, sandy beach just 350m from the residence, can be reached via a footpath lined with pines and oak trees. The first shops are 200m away, mini-market a 5-minute walk away and the supermarkets are between 2.5km and 20km from the residence.

Located in the Landes, between Biarritz and Dax, this resort is a paradise on earth: beautiful sunshine, fine sandy beaches and thick forest. Moliets is a welcoming destination with many restaurants, shops, bike trails, tennis and great surfing.

Right next to the Moliets Golf Club, the Residence Ocean Blue close to the beach and surrounded by the forest offers a beautiful, relaxed environment for your holiday in Moliets. The residence is composed of 11 attractive buildings built in the typical Landes architectural style housing holiday rentals in 8 apartments.

You have the choice of several types of accommodation ranging from 2 bedroom apartments for 4 to 5 people to 3 bedroom apartments for 7 or 8 people. Each holiday rental has a terrace or garden. The interiors are comfortably equipped with a functional kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, fridge ...), bathroom with toilet, bedrooms and sleeping arrangements in the living room.

The 2 bedroom apartments for 4/5 people are adapted for guests with disabilities.

2 bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove for 6 people (approx. 47 to 51m²)

Deposit cancelled within 48 hours after check-out

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception. You will be told the procedure to follow.
