Between the sea and the forest, close to one of the most famous golf courses in France, the Moliets Golf Club, Messanges is a seaside resort south of the Landes which has kept its genuine regional identity. Only 20 km from Hossegor, Messanges has an exceptional natural heritage with 3400 hectares of pine forests bordered by 5 km of white sandy beaches.

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival (credit card) : €200/apartment + cleaning (€105/2 bedrooms, €135/3 bedrooms)
Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure. In the case of damages, part of the deposit will be retained.

Check-in & check-out :
High season : 5pm - 8pm
Low season : 3pm - 6.30pm
In the case of arrival after 6pm, please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.
Check-out before 10am

In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
