At the heart of a quiet and relaxing environment, our Residence Amarine offers holiday rentals in Capbreton consisting of 45 apartments in 7 buildings of 1 or 2 floors (no lift). The accommodation ranges from studios for 2 people to duplex apartments for 6 people. The holiday rentals are perfectly equipped with a functional kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob ...), a bathroom or shower with separate toilet (except for the studios), a living room with free TV. All apartments have a balcony or terrace (the 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people do not overlook the swimming pool).

Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
Deposit returned after inventory on the day of departure. Accommodation must be left clean & tidy or a cleaning fee retained)
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival (valid for all guests over 18 years old)
