Odalys Vacances help and FAQ

Click on "Your holidays" in the header menu and choose a theme (beach, mountain, countryside, city, etc…), then search using a key word as indicated (for example Brittany, residence...) OR by region or country. To refine your search you can enter your dates and number of guests. Then click on the Search button

The list of results can be sorted by price or promotion. You can also refine your search by holiday type, onsite facilities, services and location by clicking on the Filter button.

You can book your holiday directly online on our website www.odalys-vacation-rental.com or you can call our booking centre from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Over 30 days before departure date : a 25% deposit (incl. VAT) must be paid

30 days before depature date : The total cost (incl. VAT) must be paid

Once a deposit or total cost has been paid, you will receive confirmation by email at the address you used for the booking.

For all bookings, we accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American express) and Paypal.

You can pay the balance for your holiday by logging into your account on our website.
Payment by credit card on our website is perfectly secured by our partner Ogone. The bank details you provide are protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. When you enter your credit card number on our website, it is encrypted to be sent to us.

For bookings made by telephone for a departure date over 30 days, we also accept payment by cheque, Cadhoc vouchers, or bank transfer for foreign clients (transfer must be received within 5 days).

If you book within 30 days of your departure date, the payment must be by credit card.

If you send a cheque by mail, please use a registered postal service.

In our Booking Conditions it is stated that all holidays must be paid in total 30 days before departure.

The balance must be paid via your account on our website.

As soon as payment has been received your « holiday voucher » will be available in your account

No, this is not necessary because you have already accepted our terms and conditions during the booking process.

No, you can only sign up for insurance at the time of booking.

For all modifications (dates, destination, adding services, guests, etc), please contact our booking centre by telephone on (from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm) with your booking reference number to hand.

No. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity

You must present your holiday voucher (paper version or numerique) along with valid passports for all guests (babies included) on arrival.

For all extra onsite services (parking, TV rental, bed linen, cleaning service…) please book and pay directly at the residence. Some services such as baby equipment rental may need to be pre-booked by calling the residence. You will find this information on your holiday voucher

Meal formulas, ski passes, ski equipment are to be pre-booked and paid for at the time of booking your accommodation either on the website or via the booking centre. These extra services can be added once your booking has been made by calling the booking centre.

You can check which services are included and which are not on the "Prices & Bookings" page of each residence under the table showing prices and availability on our website.

For Saturday to Saturday bookings, check-in is possible from 5pm to 8pm.

For arrivals on other days of the week and/or short stays, please contact the residence directly for this information.

In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.

You must leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of depature.

As soon as you have paid the balance for your holiday, you will receive a booking confirmation as well as the fact sheet about your residence.

If you have a particular request (you prefer an apartment on the ground floor for example), please contact the residence directly 15 days before arrival.

You will find the telephone number of your residence on your booking voucher.

Please note : Your request will be taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.

Your deposit will be returned after the inventory on the day of departure. (In general, this concerns a credit card imprint which will be destroyed)

If you have lost or forgotten something, please contact the residence directly. Odalys can not be held responsible for guests' belongings.

The booking fee is €25 per reservation.

For information : you can place an option without committment by telephone which will not induce booking fees.

For all modifications and/or cancellations we do not reimburse either booking fees or cancellation insurance fees (if applicable) and the following charges apply :

  • Over 30 days before arrival date : 30 euros cancellation fee
  • Between 29 days and 15 days before arrival date : 25% of the total cost of the stay
  • Between 14 days and 3 days before arrival date : 75% of the total cost of the stay
  • Less than 3 days : 100% of the total cost of the stay

For information : We cannot reimburse any "unused" days in the event of a shortened stay for any reason.

Special offers are not retroactives.

You cannot use a promotional code or benefit from a reduction which is not valid at the time of your booking.
