Location

Between Varazze and Arenzano, the Residence Villa Beuca in located in the delightful Gulf of Genoa on the hills just outside Cogoleto. In a calm setting, this residence is however, only 1.5km from the beach and the town centre. Stretching in an arc along the Gulf of Genoa, between France and Tuscany, Liguria is one of the most beautiful regions in Italy where you can enjoy a mild climate throughout the year. Here, the Alps flow practically into the Mediterranean and making hiking in the beautiful hinterland very popular here, Liguria has a lot to offer for all holiday tastes : lazing on the beach, exploring its vibrant capital, Genoa, tasting the local specialties, including the famous pesto and focaccia bread.

Holiday rentals in this residence are situated either on the ground floor (with garden) or on the 1st floor (with balcony or terrace) of attractive maisonettes. Each apartment is equipped with electric oven and fridge and has air-conditioning and satelite TV and is located about 150m from the main building and the swimming pool.
