This holiday complex (23 storey building) located 100m from the sandy beach of Calpe and shops, offers holiday rentals on the Costa Blanca just 1km from the port and 3km from the old town. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols where you soak up the warm Mediterranean sunshine.

Calpe is famous for its huge rock "El peñon de Ifach", which seems to spring from the sea and is visible for miles around. Among the most important monuments of Calpe are the ruins of Los Baños de la Reina. Not forgetting of course, other major attractions such as the salt lakes, the ornithological park with its varied, exotic species, La Peça tower and the Gothic-style Catholic Church.

The holiday rentals are air-conditioned and are all equipped with a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and satellite TV, an American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine, a bathroom with toilet as well as a balcony with garden furniture. The 1 bedroom apartments for 3/4 people have a double bedroom, the 2 bedroom apartments for 4/6 people have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an oven in the kitchen.
