In the immediate vicinity of the residence you will find the Hourtin Carcans lake and the resort’s beaches where you will enjoy all the seaside pleasures and activities on offer for a great holiday on the Atlantic coast.

Accommodation

The Holiday Club du Port consists of 3 small buildings built around a garden and swimming pool. Several holiday rental types exist ranging from studios for 2 people to 2 bedroom apartments for 6 people. All holiday rentals have a kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, TV and free Wifi. Some have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

2 apartments with 2 rooms are accessible to guests with disabilities (with shower). It is recommended guests with wheelchairs be accompanied as the kitchen cupboards and the microwave are not easily accessible.

Studio apartment for 2 people (approx. 19 m²) - none on ground floor

1 bedroom apartment for 4 people (approx. 27m²)

1 mezzanine duplex apartment for 2/4 people (approx. 27m²) - 2nd floor only

1 bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove for 4/6 people (approx. 38m²) - 1st floor only

1 bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove for 6 people (approx. 48m²)

Rental conditions

Conditions :
Price in Euros, per accommodation, per stay
Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €300 / apartment (2 payments : apartment + cleaning)
Deposit cancelled after inventory carried out on the day of departure

Check-in & check-out :
« Rental » Formula (from 7 nights) : check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am
« Escapade » Formula (2 to 6 nights) : check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am
In the case of late arrival please inform reception as soon as possible. You will be told the procedure to follow.

Please note :
In the case of a problem on your arrival or during your stay :
• Contact the reception and the personnel on site will do their best to resolve the problem.
• If the problem is not resolved on site, please contact the Odalys Vacances reservation call centre on 0825 562 562 from Monday to Saturday.
