Rental conditions

Arrival on Saturday, between 5pm and 8pm. Tenants will be welcomed by the owner, or his/her representative.
Departure on Saturday by 10am.

Included in our prices :
Bedlinen and dish towels are furnished.

Not included in our prices :
Security deposit: 1 000 €

Option for the final cleaning: 20 €

The apartment is part of a villa where the owners live. There are 2 other apartments for rent in the house. You will have to share the swimming-pool with the owners and the other tenants.
